Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketer at Océglōw Cosmetics - Powerful Marine Extracts. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to marketing and promoting the brand's products. This includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing marketing efforts. While the role is primarily located in Ludhiana, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and/or advertising
Knowledge of online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, Youtube ads)
Data analysis and reporting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Knowledge of skincare and beauty industry trends
Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
