The ideal candidate must have over 15 years of extensive experience in managing legal affairs, corporate governance, and compliance within a corporate environment.
This role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of business operations, the ability to coordinate legal support across various functions, and expertise in avoiding litigation and resolving disputes efficiently.
Prior experience of working within the manufacturing sector is a must.
