Job Description
Review and negotiate legal terms in procurement contracts.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific and general legal regulations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams
Handle all kinds of commercial contracts including service contracts, vendor distribution contracts, supply chain agreements, procurement contracts
Litigation management
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
Between 10-15 years of overall experience
Candidate should come with experience - dealing with the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
