Role Description
This is a full-time role located in South Delhi. As an Associate Advocate at RAD & Partners, you will be responsible for delivering quality legal services to clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting with court proceedings, and providing general legal support. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
Membership in a Bar Council
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent research and analytical skills
Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred
Knowledge of Indian law and legal procedures
Strong ethical conduct and professional integrity
