Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UK Immigration Lawyer to join our Mumbai office. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice, manage client cases, and ensure the highest standards of service. This role requires in-depth knowledge of UK immigration laws and procedures, as well as excellent client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' immigration needs and objectives.
Case Management: Handle a wide range of UK immigration cases, including but not limited to visas, permanent residency, citizenship, and appeals.
Legal Research: Stay updated on the latest developments in UK immigration law and policy.
Compliance: Ensure all applications comply with UK immigration laws and regulations.
Client Representation: Represent clients in legal proceedings, if necessary.
Advisory Role: Provide strategic advice to clients on complex immigration issues and potential outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. A Master's degree in Law (LLM) with a focus on immigration is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience practicing UK immigration law.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of UK immigration laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
