Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Associate at Ank Advisors, you will be pivotal in executing assignments, drafting appeals, writ petitions, memorandums, and Opinions. Please see the requisite skills, knowledge, and key responsibilities allocated.
Requirements:
Qualified LLB or CA; additional certification/ diploma in tax laws a plus.
Work Ex-1-4 years of relevant experience
Strong Proficiency in the English language (reading and writing)
Ability to work independently and efficiently close assigned projects.
Skills Required:
Good logical reasoning and analytical skills
Ability to undertake research on tax research platforms and legal databases (SCC/ Taxmann/Taxsutra)
Excellent drafting/legal writing skills
Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions
Effective written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, filing, and management of tax appeals, and writ petitions;
Manage the entire legal process from initial consultation through final execution of advice
Drafting and preparing first drafts of Tax Opinions, Advice, and Memorandums Competency
Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal arguments
Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines
Annual Compensation:
up to 6 Lacs
