Role: Trademark & Copyright Attorney
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Qualification: Graduate in B.A/BBA/B.Com LL.B & computer literate with a license to practice in India
Essentials: Good command over English language with an ability to communicate effectively with the TM Registry and within the office
Job Location: Gwalior
Job Description:
Candidate should have hands on experience on Trademark prosecution and litigation matters
Conducting trademark searches
Filing of Trademark Applications
Reply to Examination Reports issues by Registry
Attending Hearings on a day to day basis
Drafting letters/ Legal notices
Drafting Notice of Opposition, Rectification, Counter Statement, Evidences etc.,
Screening of Trademark Journals, for conflicting trademarks
Any other legal work assigned by the Partners
