Role Description
This is a full-time IP Associate Advocate role located on-site in Hyderabad. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to intellectual property law, including legal research, drafting legal documents, client communication, case management, and representation in court proceedings.
Qualifications
Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Drafting skills
Knowledge of Intellectual Property laws and regulations
Client communication and case management skills
Court representation and advocacy skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Relevant experience in intellectual property law
LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution
Experience in IPR litigation is a must
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in IPR is preferred.
