GLA Law Offices (situated in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi) has a vacancy for a Litigation Associate with 4-5 years of experience in Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Consumer matters in Delhi High Court, District Courts and Tribunals.
Candidates having experience in Trade Marks Filing, Prosecution and Opposition will be given preference.
Responsibilities
The candidate should be well versed with Drafting and Filing of suits, writs, appeals, complaints, and appearing in Delhi High Court, District Courts and Tribunals like Consumer Forums, NCDRC.
The candidate should be proficient in English language.
The candidate should have knowledge about the working and procedure of courts, tribunals and consumer forums in Delhi and should be able to handle and argue matters independently.
Qualifications
The candidate should be enrolled with the Bar Council and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Remuneration as per industry standards and based on the experience.
