Role Description
Candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including providing Income-tax and GST compliance support, advisory and litigation services, start-up consulting, business restructuring advisory and implementation support, due-diligence assistance, valuation, FEMA assistance, corporate law assistance and certification services.
Qualifications
CA Intermediate (mandatory for Article Assistant role)
Technical knowledge and understanding of direct tax and indirect tax laws
Effective written and verbal communication skills
