JOB DESCRIPTION

CS +LLB with 15+ years of experience managing Company secretarial, legal and compliance function independently in a 1000+ cr manufacturing organization.

Experience of scheduling and coordinated board meeting, maintaining secretarial records, registers and other documents upto date for parent and subsidiary companies.

Support business and other functions in drafting and vetting of commercial agreements and sign off within timelines. Keeping repository of all contracts, legal documents, licenses and registration and review of the same on periodical interval.

Lead the incorporation/merger and/or constitutional changes for various entities.

First point of contact for all the legal matters, guiding management through legal opinion, minimize litigation and work with third part law firms at Pan India level

Have knowledge of FEMA / RBI related return and forms.

Should be able to contribute to different areas of Commercial and Corporate law, CSR, POSH etc compliance.

Maintain overall compliance structure in the organisation to detect any non compliance and action thereof.

Being an active business partner to the business and management team.
