Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineering Manager to lead our QA team and drive the implementation of test automation and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA leadership, hands-on experience in automation testing, and knowledge of DevOps principles
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Define and implement QA test strategies across unit, component, API, mobile, and UI levels
● Identify and address bottlenecks within the product and QA processes
● Build and manage the QA team, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members tooling to ensure managing
● Lead the improvement and implementation of best practices, methodologies, and tooling to ensure quality coverage for our products
● Advocate for testability, drive best engineering practices, and defect prevention
● Collaborate with Platform and Infrastructure teams to manage test infrastructure and ensure smooth integration with CI/CD pipelines
● Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools suchas Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Helm
● Establish and visualize metrics for measuring quality and manage stakeholder expectations
Qualifications:
● 9+ years of experience in QA and Automation Testing
● Hands-on experience with developing test frameworks and strategies for UI, API, and performance tests using tools like Playwright, Pytest, and K6
● Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines
● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
● Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus
