Required Qualifications

Strong negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of successful property transactions.

Proficiency in property management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of property laws, zoning regulations, and fair housing laws.

Valid real estate agent/broker license in the respective location.
