Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trademark Attorney at L.R.Swami Co. located in Chennai. There are 3 available positions.
Position 1. The Trademark Attorney will be responsible for handling a wide range of trademark matters including trademark searches, reply to examination reports, show cause hearings, trademark prosecution and trademark portfolio management. (Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of experience in an IP law firm)
Position 2. The Trademark Attorney will be responsible for handling trademark oppositions and contested trademark matters including legal notices (Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of experience in an IP law firm)
Position 3. The Trademark Attorney will be responsible for handling trademark oppositions and contested trademark matters including legal notices and opposition hearings (Preferably candidates with at least 4 years of experience in an IP law firm)
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Trademark Law,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Law
