Job Description
Have extensive work experience in various high value domestic & international commercial contracts/agreements like Supply & purchase agreements, Service agreements etc
Experience in complex negotiations and regulatory compliance.
You will manage, strategize and advise on all litigation and the dispute resolution process.
You will be responsible for appointing, coordinating, and strategizing with external lawyers across the country for all litigation.
You will prepare the appropriate legal documents and represent the company in legal proceedings through external lawyers.
You will create standard templates of various types of agreements and conduct training on various legal topics for business, corporate and legal colleagues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
5- 7 years of overall experience
Open to Gurgaon as a location.
Candidate should come with experience dealing in Manufacturing or energy industry.
