Position-Legal Counsel-Commercial & Technology Contracts
Location-Pune/ Noida (Open to Relocate)

**Qualified lawyer with 7+years of relevant experience working in the legal sector (equivalent to c.3-6 PQE) – with direct experience of the types of agreements covered by CIT Legal**
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimal (if any) requirement to train/upskill/supervise on technical legal capabilities/knowledge/advice.
Limited need to train/upskill should be focused on Company's terms/house positions (not core legal knowledge and capabilities).
Ability to quickly move to independence in role for medium (and developing into higher) complexity CIT contracts.
No requirement to supervise stakeholder/project/time management skillsets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and technology contracts.
Contract types will likely include a range from the following: software, data and index licenses; proof of concept agreements; non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements; general service agreements (including framework/master services agreements and work orders); hardware and software maintenance agreements; software development agreements; software-as-a-service agreements; cloud service agreements; sponsorship, ambassador and influencer agreements; donation agreements; intellectual property license agreements; HR service agreements; professional service agreements; termination agreements; and outsourcing services agreements.
Strong commercial and technology contracts experience.
Strong common law jurisdiction experience (English law or similar).
Fluent English language (reading, writing, speaking and listening).
