Brief Introduction:
InPhamed Analytics is expanding its team and is looking to hire patent professionals having 1-3 years of experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
IP related activities for US and EU for products of interest to apprise customers about the value proposition in acquiring / licensing/ launching the pharma products in US/EU from IP standpoint.
Facilitate product development by providing accurate and timely IP inputs to our clients.
Identify the key patents/application related to pharma products
Provide insights in patent litigation and opposition to align with client requirements and product strategy.
Conducting FTO for Pharma products along with the relevant regulatory inputs
Manage due diligence of products to apprise client about key IP rights to identify acquisition opportunity or early launch opportunity.
Identify new product opportunities for driving portfolio selection and evaluate innovative ideas to identify new opportunities for patent protection/ development for differentiated products
Driving patent search to determine patentable inventions.
Preparing IP landscape reports for identified and shortlisted product portfolio for new and generic launch in US and Europe.
Monitoring IP development and regulatory related to pharma products and updating internal databases for the same for US/EU market.
Required Qualification and Skills:
Bachelors/Masters in Pharma/ other life Sciences background
Knowledge of various public databases for patents in US, EP
Must have good searching and analysis skills.
Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects to ensure assignments are delivered in a timely manner
Good communication skills
Exposure to MS Excel
