We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Legal Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have over 3 years of experience in legal drafting, vetting legal agreements, contracts negotiations and contracts management. Experience in litigation will be an additional advantage. The role requires strong independent task management, proficient research skills, ability to coordinate with lawyers for ongoing litigation cases, and proficiency in contract negotiation and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of Legal Agreements and Documents.
- Coordinate with lawyers for ongoing litigation cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research and work independently on assigned tasks.
- Review and keep a check on contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Manage contract lifecycle
- Ensure legal compliance in all contractual matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in legal drafting, contract management, and legal compliance.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to match the pace with Business Requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
