Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Associate in Disputes at Anhad Law in Delhi, India. The Principal Associate will be responsible for managing and handling dispute resolution matters, including arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, white-collar crimes, and employment disputes. The role involves providing clear legal, practical, and business advice to clients, collaborating with the legal team, and representing clients in court proceedings and arbitration hearings.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and civil /criminal litigation
Experience in handling white-collar crimes and employment disputes
Excellent legal research and analytical skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated expertise in corporate and commercial laws
Law degree from a recognized institution
Previous experience at a law firm specializing in disputes
