Job Description
Handling NCDRC matters of the company
Handling State commission - consumer litigation
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks
Provide legal advice to senior management on litigation related issues
Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies and guidelines
Participate in negotiations to resolve disputes
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Litigation Consultant should have:
8 years of overall experience in the legal field, having experience in NCDRC and state consumer matters.
Practiced with some independent senior lawyers or smaller law firms willing to relocate to Mumbai
