Are you a legal expert with 1-5 years of experience in real estate? We’re looking for a skilled Senior Advocate to join our dynamic team. If you're proficient in Kannada and have a strong background in real estate law, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Bring:
Extensive experience in Title due diligence for agricultural lands, city properties, and lands across Karnataka.
Expertise in drafting various legal documents such as MoUs, Joint Development Agreements, Conveyance Deeds, Sale Agreements, etc.
Deep knowledge of Karnataka's property laws, including RERA, Karnataka Stamp Act, Registration Act, and more.
Hands-on experience with the registration process in sub-registrar offices.
Fluency in Kannada (reading and writing is a must).
