Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate at Ahuja & Ahuja Law Offices in Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi, India. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling motions, conducting legal research, preparing for depositions, appearing in courts, and providing legal support on various cases.
Qualifications
Legal research and writing skills
Experience with motions and court appearances
Ability to conduct depositions
Knowledge of court procedures and protocols
Bachelor's degree in Law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in handling diverse litigation matters is a plus
