(Advocates & Solicitors) is a full-service law firm based in Indore, offering comprehensive legal services in legal drafting, consultation, mediation/arbitration, registration services, corporate compliances, and litigation (civil and criminal). Our firm operates actively in various courts, including MP High Court, District Court, Family Court, Labour Court, Consumer Forum, and other subordinate courts.
Position: Junior Associate
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, regulations, recent judgments and various laws.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions,briefs and all sort of cases allotted
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare cases.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and address inquiries.
• Assist in developing legal strategies and solutions.
• Represent clients in court under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Prepare case briefs
Qualifications:
• Graduation in Law
• Experience in legal consulting and document preparation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases.
• Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn
• Good command in English as well as Hindi
