Job Title: EA cum CRM, (No Sales)

Location- Remote Opportunity, WFH

6 Days a week working

Timings: 10AM – 7PM (Lunch time 2PM- 3PM)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an EA cum CRM at MY NONU. As an EA cum CRM, you will be responsible for assisting in executive-level tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative support. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This role is located in Gurugram with flexibility for some remote work.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented typically requires strong communication skills to join our team. An understanding of customer needs, and proficiency in building relationships effectively.

1. Building and Maintaining Relationships: CRMs are responsible for building strong, trusting relationships with clients. This involves regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support.

2. Understanding Client Needs: Actively listening to clients to understand their goals, challenges, and pain points. CRMs must be able to identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions and address client concerns effectively.

3. Client Advocacy: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients within the company. CRMs advocate for clients' needs and ensure that their concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.

4. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to better serve clients. CRMs should continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.

5. Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing the executive's calendar efficiently. This involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal use of the executive's time.

6. Communication: Handling incoming calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence on behalf of the executive. This may include drafting responses, prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.

7. Travel Arrangements: Planning and organizing travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and other logistics. This may involve both domestic and international travel arrangements. Ability to travel independently or with executive or with team. Once in a month for 3-4 days at single location.(Domestic & metropolitans cities only)

8. Meeting Support: Assisting with meeting preparation by collating agendas, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating logistics. During meetings, the executive assistant may take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up as necessary.

9. Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and matters discussed within the executive's office.

10. Problem-Solving: Handling ad hoc requests and unforeseen challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

11. Time Management: Managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Experience in customer relationship management

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Ticket size: (Min. 6 lacks to 36 lacks yearly) each client

Exp. Required Min 5 years

Salary: Fix 40-50k + Variables (We are a startup in a process of team building can negotiate on salary after 3months if someone is on higher package)
