Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate at Santosh Suryarao & Associates in Mumbai. The Junior Advocate will be responsible for providing legal support, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in client representation. The role will also involve working closely with senior partners and gaining hands-on experience in various legal practice areas.
Qualifications
Legal research, drafting legal documents, and client representation skills
Knowledge of general corporate advisory, operational legal advice, and corporate law
Experience in international and domestic business matters and foreign collaborations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
Experience or internship in a law firm or legal department is a plus
