Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Lawyer at NIVAN in Mumbai. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and negotiating on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
Legal Research, Drafting Legal Documents, and Negotiation skills
Court Representation and Legal Advisory experience
Knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team
Law degree from a recognized institution
Experience in using legal tech tools and AI applications
