Key Responsibilities:

Senior Management Support: Anticipate the needs of senior management and manage their schedules. Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements, including expense reports and visa/passport requirements.

Information Management: Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for management use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.

Communication Facilitation: Facilitate smooth communications between senior management and coworkers, and between senior management and external parties such as media, customers, vendors, and the public.

Confidentiality: Maintain the security and confidentiality of management's records and files.

Budget Monitoring: Monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure office activities are conducted within established budgets.

Reporting: Report required information regularly (e.g., monthly) as assigned.

Task Management: Perform various tasks using independent judgment and discretion, such as preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls; drafting letters and official information releases; arranging and attending meetings; taking and distributing minutes.

Resource Management: Act as a formal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Ad Hoc Activities: Complete other activities for senior management upon request and/or as required.

Legal Support Responsibilities

Litigation Management: Coordinate with external counsels for litigation management.

Legal Research: Conduct legal research on statutory compliances, applicable laws, and regulations.

Case Preparation: Support research work, prepare case notes, and brief lawyers for seeking external legal opinions.

Documentation: Issue Letters of Authority and other documentation supporting business operations.

Payment Management: Provide legal support to Legal Ops teams on payment management.

Tracker Maintenance: Maintain and review Litigation Tracker and Notice Tracker.

First Line Drafting: Draft responses to Show Cause Notices, Complaints, letters issued by customers, judicial, statutory, or local bodies that may lead to litigation.

Administrative Support: Support in providing all administrative and operational work on legal documentation as required by internal stakeholders for their smooth operations.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: LLB/LLM (Bachelors in Law/Masters in Law) Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Scope of work:(PSBU + CGT + CTIPL-PHP)

Litigation Management and coordinating with external counsels

Legal Research on statutory compliances, applicable laws & regulations

Supporting on research work, preparing case notes, briefing the lawyers for seeking external legal opinions

Issuance of Letter of Authority and other documentation supporting the business operations

Legal support to Legal Ops teams on payment management

Maintenance of Litigation Tracker and Notice Tracker including its review

First line drafting on responding to Show Cause Notices, Complaints, letters issued by customers, judicial, statutory or local which may lead to litigation

Skills

Litigation Management: Experience in litigation management and coordinating with external counsels.

Legal Research: Proficiency in legal research on statutory compliances, applicable laws, and regulations.

Documentation: Skilled in preparing case notes, issuing Letters of Authority, and drafting legal responses.

Administrative Support: Ability to support senior management with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

Data Management: Proficiency in maintaining and reviewing legal trackers and other documentation.
