What You'll Do:

Empower customers: Guide them through our website, help them place orders, and resolve any concerns they may have. Advocate for customers: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure a satisfactory resolution. What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills: You're a clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal. Empathy and patience: You're able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and understand their needs. Tech-savvy: You're comfortable navigating different systems and tools, and you're a quick learner. Problem-solving skills: You're resourceful and able to find creative solutions to challenges.
