‘PSS Legal Advisors LLP’ is recruiting lawyers who specialize in handling corporate transactions and commercial contracts.
Lawyers in practice who meet the following requirements may apply:
a. Law Degree from a reputed University and a State Bar Council enrolment.
b. minimum of 5 years of PQE experience in handling and negotiating various Corporate Transactions including due diligence and commercial contracts and an in-depth understanding of all laws governing contracts.
c. Capability of handling work independently and completing work within deadlines.
d. Candidates are to be stationed in Chennai.
The requirement is for work on a full-time basis. The office is in Mahalingapuram, Nungambakkam, Chennai.
