As a Senior Associate / Manager / Sr. Manager, you will work with your team to provide technical, analytical and reporting assistance to a diverse portfolio of companies, financial investors and law firms.

You will contribute to / write reports addressed to clients. No two projects are the same and you will be constantly challenged and required to think creatively to support the delivery of high quality services to our clients.

You Work Will Include

An understanding of Disputes, Litigations and Arbitration procedures and processes;

Writing detailed expert reports / making presentations to be submitted to the

Arbitration Tribunal / Courts;

Analysis of Loss of profit and other methodologies for financial damage assessment

Valuation Analysis through various methodologies

Company Analysis Understanding the Financial and Business side of company;

assess the current trends and forecast the future growth trajectory Sector agnostic

Industry Analysis - Preparation of comprehensive notes on industry trends and future outlook

Preparing client presentations/ financial models (including compiling data and

assembling presentation materials)

Forensics and investigation analysis, including fraud assessments, whistleblower claims, etc.

Providing valuable insights for the Legal Counsel to form part of the pleadings (SOC, rejoinders, etc.)

Assisting legal counsel with all financial matters relating to an arbitration / litigation

Performing business development activities as and when required

Requirements

We are looking for exceptional candidates who are analytical, dynamic and self-confident, yet humble.

You will need to demonstrate curiosity, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, a commercial interest, common sense and attention to detail.

Have studied a quantitative discipline such as finance, accounting, economics or math

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Have relevant experience in expert report writing for disputes and arbitrations

Understands valuation methodologies and different loss assessment methodologies

Proven record of leading a forensic / dispute assignment with the team

Proven record of achievement in academic and extracurricular activities

Possess a high level of attention to detail

Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work

Have the ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines

Have the ability to perform effectively in a team environment

Have high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts

Are proficient in MS Office such word, excel and ppt. (further VBA, Big Data and other programming skills are also valued).

Are fluent in English (a third language is highly desirable).

Benchmark

Have 2-5 years of experience in the disputes practice of a Big 4, A&M, FTI,

Secretariat or other similar firms

Worked on a few Expert reports on dispute matters in the aforesaid organization
