We are a leading IT Staffing and trainings firm based out of Silicon valley, California looking to fill Freelance Licenced Immigration Attorney Specialists who is an expert in handling h1b / GC cases and will be responsible for Case preparations and review H1B/GC/RFE's etc.
Individual will have represent our sister concern lawgatus Inc when filing petitions.

Responsibilities: (one or more of the following)
1) Will guide paralegals to prepare and file end to end H1B petitions/ GC
2) Will prepare petitions end to end.
3) Review and finalize petitions.
4) Strategic consulting
Qualifications
Expertise in preparing petitions for complex H1B / PERM / 140 cases .
To make it cost effetive, prefer applicants who is residing in Phillippians or in India who is a licenced US attorney who can also sign G28.
Salary: Freelancing mode , will be paid per case.
