Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Advocate at Earthz Urban Spaces Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi. The Legal Advocate will be responsible for handling legal advice, contractual agreements, legal affairs, and negotiations related to the real estate projects and operations of the company.
Qualifications
Law and Legal Affairs skills
Expertise in providing Legal Advice and drafting Contractual Agreements
Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
LLB or equivalent degree in Law
