About Our Client
The company is a global leader in the industrial/manufacturing sector, focusing on the electronics industry, with a large presence in India.
Job Description
Draft, vet, and negotiate agreements.
Provide advisory support on legal and operational issues.
Research and advise on queries related to notifications, amendments, enactments, rules, regulations, judicial precedents, etc.
Support in managing company litigations, including preventive litigation.
Prepare memorandum for opinions and brief lawyers.
Draft letters, notices, undertakings, affidavits, written statements, plaints, petitions, and various other documents.
Appear in court and provide witness testimony.
Liaise with external agencies, vendors, lawyers, consultants, and government departments.
Support the CSR function with due diligence and documentation.
The Successful Applicant
2-3 years of overall experience in the Litigation role
Proficiency of speaking, writing and reading in Kannada would be advantageous
