Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Law Adviser to join our team in Madurai. This is a senior-level position and we are open to both part-time and full-time employment types. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in corporate law.
Qualifications And Skills
Strong expertise in Contract Law (Mandatory skill).
Proficient in conducting thorough legal research and providing actionable insights.
Experience in corporate governance, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
Sound knowledge of mergers and acquisitions including due diligence and transaction processes.
Ability to handle compliance tasks efficiently, including advising on legal risks.
Skilled in litigation management, including overseeing external legal counsel.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex issues amicably.
Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies within legal frameworks.
Roles And Responsibilities
Engaged as a management consultant , on a monthly Retainer fee towards consultation on industrial laws such as industrial disputes, factories, TN shops and establishments, ESI ,EPF ,payment of wages , Minimum wages , payment of bonus , Employees compensation etc.
