Job Responsibilities
Managing corporate laws
Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate laws and regulations
Provide legal counsel to the organization and its leadership on various legal issues
Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international legal developments
Drafting Legal agreements for local & International
Draft and review of various agreements
Ensure that agreements are legally sound and in line with the organization's interests.
Company Secretary To Manage Annual Filing
Serve as the company's primary point of contact for legal and Secretarial compliance
matters.
Manage and maintain the company's corporate records, including board meeting
minutes and resolutions.
Assist in the preparation and filing & emails of annual and periodic regulatory reports
and documents
Other Compliance.
Ensure that the organization adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures as necessary
Team Management
As a manager overseeing these functions, you'll need to coordinate with various
departments within the organization, including accounts, HR, and other teams. Effective
communication and collaboration are essential.
Meetings With Senior Management
Regular meetings with senior management will help keep them informed about legal
matters, compliance status, and any potential legal risks that the organization may face.
Record Management
Digitizing and maintaining proper records is essential for transparency and accessibility.
It can also assist in legal research, audits, and regulatory reporting.
Education:-
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree along with Company Secretary (CS) qualification is required.
