We seek a qualified legal counsel to help us comply with all regulations and requirements. Legal counsel will draft and manage legal documents, oversee all legal aspects of our business, and offer guidance and advice to management. Applicants must know how to manage legal documents, review litigation strategy, and handle statutory filing. The job requires extensive knowledge of law, legal language and practices, and excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced with crisis management, and capable of handling legal operations, real estate compliances, drafting agreements and litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Draft legal documents
b.Negotiate settlement terms
c. Calculate potential business risks
d. Guide management through litigation processes when required
e. Review draft contracts
f. Well-versed in legal terminology and operations
g. Strong understanding of corporate law and legal defense strategies
h. Highlight legal issues involved in the structuring of land/property acquisition and relevant development regulations.
Qualification:
L.L.B from a reputed University
Remuneration:
Upto 12 Lacs per annum (fixed)
