Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Litigation Associate at Diwan Advocates. The Senior Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling various day-to-day tasks including legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, representing clients in courts, and providing strategic legal counsel.
Qualifications
Strong legal research and writing skills
Experience of drafting pleadings and preparing
Familiarity with court procedures and litigation processes
Excellent communication and advocacy skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Degree in Law or related field
Experience in handling complex commercial and trial litigation cases
