Role Description
This is a full-time Associate role at Koushik and Kashyap Law Partners in Bengaluru. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal advisory, conducting due diligence, transactional services, and handling litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Qualifications
Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Analytical Skills
Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and transactional services
Knowledge of civil, criminal, corporate, commercial, and labor laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Law
Legal Fundamentals
