Summary:
We are seeking a highly 3+ yrs experienced US Immigration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing documentation and filing paperwork for various types of visas, including H1B, CPT, OPT, EAD, and GC. Additionally, the candidate should have extensive experience working with immigration attorneys and a proven track record of successfully responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs). A thorough understanding of Labor Condition Application (LCA) rules and regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and file documentation for various visa types, including H1B, CPT, OPT, EAD, and Green Cards.
Ensure all required documents are accurate, complete, and comply with USCIS guidelines.
Work closely with immigration attorneys to ensure timely and accurate filing of visa petitions.
Coordinate with legal teams to address and resolve any issues related to immigration cases.
Analyze and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) from USCIS promptly and effectively.
Gather necessary documentation and provide comprehensive responses to address USCIS concerns.
Ensure compliance with Labor Condition Application (LCA) rules and regulations.
Monitor and maintain LCA postings and records as required.
Track the progress of visa applications and maintain detailed records of all cases.
Communicate updates and next steps to clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
Advise clients and internal teams on immigration policies, procedures, and potential impacts.
Provide guidance on best practices for visa applications and compliance.
Assist clients and employees with questions and concerns related to immigration matters.
