The job responsibilities are as follows:-
Title Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive title due diligence for various types of real estate properties, ensuring all necessary legal documentation is in order and identifying any potential legal risks or issues.
Real Estate Transactions: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions, including sale deeds, lease agreements, and development agreements.
Local Law Expertise: Provide expert legal advice on local real estate laws, including zoning regulations, land use, property taxes, and other relevant regulations.
RERA Compliance: Advise clients on compliance with RERA regulations, handle RERA registration and reporting, and represent clients in RERA-related disputes.
Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide legal guidance, and develop strategies to protect their interests in real estate matters.
Litigation Support: Assist in managing and resolving real estate disputes through litigation or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to ongoing cases and transactions.
Requirements :-
1.Qualified lawyer with more than 6 years of experience in real estate transactions either from law firm or in-house
2.Profieciency in local Kannada language
