Job Description
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial contracts.
Providing comprehensive legal advice on regulatory matters in the energy sector.
Managing project contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Advising on legal risks in relation to power generation projects.
Coordinating with external counsel on litigation matters.
Supporting the legal team in various corporate legal matters.
Working closely with the business team to understand and manage legal risks.
Ensuring all legal activities align with the company's goals and mission.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Projects and Contracts Counsel' should have:
8-12 years of overall experience in the legal profession, ideally with a focus on the energy sector.
Candidate should come with experience dealing with power generation/ utilities industry
