Job Brief
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Junior Lawyer to work & give assistance on legal and regulatory matters within our Litigation Team. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of litigation, from drafting and reviewing documents to representing clients in court, and will be an integral part of our team’s success.
Duties & Responsibilities
Drafting and review of documents in all litigation matters, including suits, reply, applications petitions, notice, complaints etc.
Attend hearings and represent clients effectively in court matters in Pune or outside of Pune, ensuring thorough preparation and effective representation
Knowledge on court procedures, preparation of MIS related to same.
Provide legal guidance & briefings to clients
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all legal activities and communications
Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to develop expertise in corporate transactions and litigation, benefiting from the mentorship of seasoned lawyers.
Education & Certification Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited law school.
Must Have Qualifications
Experienced in civil, commercial and corporate laws.
Shall be well- versed with civil, commercial and corporate and understanding of criminal laws.
Proficiency of Drafting skills for contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Should be fluent in English and Marathi
Multitasking abilities, ensuring quality performance in a dynamic environment.
High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas
A team player who is interactive, open to considering differing perspectives and capable of an open discussion to develop the best strategy concerning the assignment at hand.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate legal issues.
Written communication must be clear, concise and effective
