Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Consultant to join our team at Webkul Software Pvt Ltd. As a Legal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the legal compliance of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal documents
- Providing legal consultation on program issues to manage risks
- Supporting arbitration, litigation, and mediation
- Conducting legal research and providing commercially sensible and cost-effective legal advice
Salary Range: 2.62-4 LPA
Preference: Candidates from Delhi University (DU) will be given preference.
