Job Summary: As an Advocate at Jass Global Legal Consultancy, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil and criminal cases across various courts in Kerala, including the High Court. We are looking for someone with 4-7 years of experience, preferably with High Court exposure, to provide expert legal advice and develop effective legal strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in civil and criminal cases across courts in Kerala, including the High Court.
Conduct detailed legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and appeals.
Offer expert legal counsel and develop effective strategies for cases.
Stay updated on the latest legal developments and precedents.
Liaise with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals to prepare for court appearances.
Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all legal procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
Enrolled as an advocate.
4-7 years of experience in civil and criminal matters; High Court experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
