Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer at Kevin Shah & Associates in Mumbai. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for legal research, drafting documents, attending court proceedings, providing legal advice, and assisting in client consultations.
Qualifications
Legal research, document drafting, and court proceedings skills
Ability to provide sound legal advice and assist in client consultations
Knowledge of Indirect Taxation and International Trade & Customs laws
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution
