Designation: Assistant Manager - Legal

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Legal with expertise in managing litigation, dispute resolution, and crisis management, including intellectual property and commercial issues.

What you’ll do:

Manage and oversee litigation matters, including disputes related to intellectual property, contracts, and general commercial issues.

Handling dispute resolution, litigations, and crisis management including advising the business on all disputes and potential disputes.

Must have a working knowledge of corporate law, M&A, and FEMA.

Draft and negotiate agreements on behalf of the Company.

Develop and implement a comprehensive litigation strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

Assess legal risks associated with business activities and propose risk mitigation strategies.

Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in a legal business partnering role, supporting an organization or team in delivering its strategy.

Strong legal acumen with the ability to apply abstract legal concepts to make timely, well-reasoned, and appropriate decisions.

Proficient in advocacy and negotiation, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and drafting skills.
