Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Counsel at Prabodh Ventures in Gurugram. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for handling legal issues, like HVAT , DVAT , GST Assessments, filing appeals before CIT , ITAT, Tax , Tribunals ,departments and help senior lawyers for drafting for High court and supreme court matters . The candidate should be capable for various legal matters on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Income Tax replies and appeals before CIT , ITAT, and other departments
GST Notices reply and filing and appear before appellate authorities
VAT notices reply and filing and argue in appeals
Strong Legal Advice capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience and Tax law and deep understanding of amendments
Experience in corporate law is a plus
