Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business. join our team. The ideal candidate will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues. The successful candidate will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize probability of exposure.
What You’ll Do
Draft and send legal notices/replies/emails to adamant parties.
Draft and send emails to copyright queries raised by parties.
Draft police complaints/representations.
Handle both litigation and non-litigation work, including the preparation of Plaints, Commercial IP Suits, Complaints, Replies, Affidavits, written statements, and Agreements, as well as obtaining injunction orders against adamant parties in the High Court.
To accompany team members for a meeting with adamant and corporate parties to clarify legal queries.
To provide all other legal support required by the Legal and Sales Team.
Travel Pan India whenever needed.
Research on legal points.
Corporate Legal work.
Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
Requirements
What You’ll Need
B.A. LLB or LLM for educational background Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
Outstanding communication skills and strong writing skills
