Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Lawyer with around 2 years of post-qualification experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in reviewing contracts, handling legal matters, and representing clients in court.
Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal opinions.
Represent clients in court proceedings and handle various litigation matters.
Provide legal advice on a range of issues, including commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
Maintain and manage client files and documentation accurately and confidentially.
Stay updated with current laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
LLB or equivalent law degree and admission to the bar.
Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification legal experience.
Proven experience in contract review, litigation, and client representation.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
