Legal Drafting
Preparation, Research & Preparing for Trial Documents
Initiating Pre-Litigation Processes
For Litigation-Drafting, Vetting etc.
Motion Drafting
Preparing/Drafting Discoveries & Responses
Federal Laws Understanding and Knowledge
US State Laws Understanding and Knowledge
Litigation and Pre-litigation
Complaints Filling
Working for US, Europe and Canadian Laws
Calendaring, Paralegal, Legal Assistant
Client Coordination
What kind of people are we looking for?
Applicant must have 1 year of experience in U.S IPR and U.S Immigration legal work excluding Internships
Excellent in Drafting and Research.
Excellent Communication Skill (verbal and written both)
Applicant should be open for night shift
Applicant should have Confident and Smart.
Ability to work with deliverables in mind.
Having U.S client handling experience is preferable.
Job Type: Full-time 5.5 days working on U.S Shift
Salary: - up to 40k (having relevant experience)
